Critical Incident Response
This workshop will enable delegates to evaluate current plans/procedures for responding to critical incidents and raise their awareness of current best practice in this area. The focus will be on developing/ adapting incident handling strategies to improve safety for staff and public.
Course Overview
Each course is tailored to the needs of individual clients, but most course will include the following elements:

- Testing current procedures – Real-time desktop exercise
- Current best practice and government advice terrorist related incidents
- Identifying any areas for improving on existing strategies or procedures
- Creating an action plan to finalise and implement critical incident response measures
