Equality & Diversity Courses Delivered Across the UK CMS have delivered a wide ranging programme of Diversity & Equal Opportuinities awareness courses at centres across the UK. The courses have involved staff at all levels within the client organisations and were extremely well received by staff who attended. The courses lasted one day and explored issues of Race, Ethicity, Gender, Sexual Orientation and Disabilities. Delegates covered the law, attitudes to equality, prejudice and stereotyping before looking at issues of cross-cultural knowledge and communication. |
